All our staff is carefully selected to ensure they possess the best qualifications and the experience to complement their job requirements. Our staff is a mix of age and experience, youth and fresh ideas, so your child can benefit from the best care possible.

Besides their academic qualifications, our staff is CPR and First Aid trained and many have a certificate in Medication Administration Training (MAT), qualifying them to administer certain medication to your child, if necessary. At Hanson Place, all staff is qualified or is currently working towards a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Staff is also developing their skills and knowledge through attendance at a range of training courses on an ongoing basis.
